Twø Barrel Sauna Rental Agreement
RENTAL CONDITIONS AND TERMS — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY PRIOR TO YOUR SAUNA RENTAL.
This Rental Agreement must be signed by the principal “Renter,” i.e., the individual who holds the reservation/booking and/or pays the majority of the rental fee. The Renter must be an adult 18 years or older. Twø Barrel Sauna is the “Rentee/Releasee.”
Agreement and Liability
I, the undersigned, understand and agree that sauna use and cold exposure may pose health risks. I acknowledge these risks and confirm that I have read, understood, and signed the Twø Barrel Sauna “Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risk” prior to use.
I, the undersigned, understand and agree that I am responsible for any additional guests not accounted for at the time of booking. I assume all risks associated with their use of the sauna and will ensure that they read, understand, and sign the “Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risk” form before participating.
I, the undersigned, understand and agree that any minors must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult. Both the minor and accompanying adult must have read, understood, and signed the “Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risk” form before use. Copies of this document will be provided for any unaccounted minors who wish to participate.
I, the undersigned, confirm that I do not have any underlying medical conditions that may disqualify me from sauna use. I understand that human physiologies vary and agree to consult a physician if I have any concerns regarding sauna or cold exposure.
Trailer Transport and Liability Clause
If the Renter chooses to move or tow the sauna trailer themselves, the following conditions apply:
The Renter assumes full legal and financial responsibility for the trailer and its safe transport, including any damage, accidents, injuries, or property loss that may occur during transport or relocation.
The Renter acknowledges that Twø Barrel Sauna’s insurance does not provide coverage for the trailer, towing vehicle, property, or persons while the trailer is being moved or towed by the Renter.
The Renter agrees to rely on their own vehicle insurance or personal insurance coverage while towing or transporting the sauna trailer.
The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Twø Barrel Sauna, its owners, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, injuries, legal actions, or expenses resulting from the renter’s choice to tow or move the sauna trailer.
Prohibited Substances, Uses, and Activities
To ensure a safe and sanitary experience, the following are strictly prohibited inside the sauna:
Pets: NO PETS are allowed inside the sauna to maintain a clean and safe environment for all renters.
Fire Safety:
Do not use propane, butane, gasoline, diesel, starting fluid, or any other flammable materials to fuel the fire.
Do not spray extremely cold water on the front or sides of the stove or stove-top rocks, as this can cause rapid temperature changes and potential steam burns.
Do not touch any metal surfaces or the stove-guard, as they may cause burns.
Mobile Sauna Delivery and Setup
Drop-Off and Pick-Up Times (Unless Otherwise discussed):
Delivery requires a solid, flat surface that can be safely accessed by the delivery truck. For safety reasons, Twø Barrel Sauna reserves the right to refuse delivery if a safe location is not available. Enough Firewood for the duration of the rental will be provided.
The Renter agrees not to move the sauna or trailer to another location other than the original delivery address.
Payment Policy
Payment must be made in full prior to the start of the rental period. For monthly rentals, payment for the upcoming month must be made before the first day of that month to continue the rental.
Safety and Usage Rules
By signing this agreement, the Renter agrees to safely know how to start and extinguish a fire in order to operate the wood-fired Sauna.
The Renter confirms that they understand the operation of a fire extinguisher located on the sauna unit and agree to use it responsibly if necessary.
The Renter acknowledges that failure to adhere to the conditions of this agreement may result in damage costs.
No Refund Policy
All bookings are final. While refunds are not provided, the Renter may reschedule or postpone their rental without penalty.
