acknowledge and accept the risks inherent in my use of the Twø Barrel Sauna, including its associated trailer, equipment, and accessories (collectively, the “Sauna System”). I voluntarily assume the risk of property damage, fire, illness, personal injury, accident, and/or death, which may arise from and/or relate to my use of the Sauna System.
I understand that sauna use, cold exposure, and related activities can be physically demanding and may not be suitable for everyone. I confirm that I have no underlying medical conditions that would make these activities unsafe and agree to consult a physician if I am unsure of my ability to safely participate.
Ice Bath Use and Liability Clause
I understand that participation in the ice bath provided by Twø Barrel Sauna involves exposure to extremely cold water, which can cause a sudden physiological response, including but not limited to shock, rapid heart rate, hyperventilation, loss of motor control, or unconsciousness. I acknowledge that these risks may increase the chance of drowning or other serious injuries.
I agree to exercise caution when using the ice bath, ensure that I do not submerge my head, and avoid using the ice bath alone. I understand that Twø Barrel Sauna and its owners, officers, employees, and/or agents (“Released Parties”) shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or fatalities that may occur during my use of the ice bath.
I assume all responsibility for my personal safety and the safety of additional guests using the ice bath, including ensuring they are aware of the associated risks and understand proper use procedures.
Indemnification and Liability Release
I shall defend, indemnify, and hold Twø Barrel Sauna, including its owners, officers, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”), harmless from and against any and all claims, actions, suits, proceedings, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of or connected with my rental, transportation, and use of the Sauna System. This indemnification extends to any claims related to the design, manufacture, or operation of the Sauna System.
I fully recognize that this waiver includes, but is not limited to, my assumption of all risks and liability for injury, disability, and/or death of myself and others resulting from the use, control, handling, and/or transportation of the Sauna System during the rental period.
I agree to indemnify the Released Parties for any loss or damage to the Sauna System during my rental period.
